2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 137(2), 96 of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2025.

5. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl have got married after eloping.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran at Chhapra/concerned Court below in connection with Derni P.S.
