The present modification application has been filed for modify the order dated 02.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6449 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 02.05.2023 the petitioner has been granted regular bail by this Court, but due to typographical error parentage of petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'son of Daroga Ray' in place of 'son of late Sahev Ray @ Sahev Lal Ray'.

Let the order dated 02.05.2023 'son of Daroga Ray' be read as 'son of late Sahev Ray @ Sahev Lal Ray'. Accordingly, the order dated 02.05.2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
