The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 registered under Sections 326, 285, 307, 452/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3 (i) (x) of the S.C./S.T. (prevention of atrocities) Act pending in the Court of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua.
The accusation is that when the informant came out from his house, he saw the petitioner and one Ramakant Singh standing in front of his door, Ramakant Singh threw kerosene oil on his face. Thereafter, this petitioner threw lighting matchstick in which he sustained burn injury and anyhow his parents extinguish the fire by pouring water.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43495 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail.
