The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the fact that earlier also the petitioner had tried to kill the deceased by drowning.

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
