The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 448, 323, 354(A), 379 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault and outraging the modesty as well as demand of ransom money by the petitioner and other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no any ransom money was executed, there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
