2. This Court vide order dated 15.09.2023 called for a report with respect to the present stage of the trial and the time frame in which the trial is likely to be concluded.

3. In pursuant to the same, it has been intimated by the trial court that trial is likely to be concluded within 4 months.

4. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail the petitioners. Therefore, the bail petition of the petitioners in connection with Sessions Trial No. 25 of 2022 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021, is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) prakashmani/- U T
