The petitioner being the grandmother-in-law of the husband of the deceased lady is apprehending her arrest in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 648 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(A) 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a very old lady and the grandmother-in-law of the husband of the deceased, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32492 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
