Mr.APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2021 Heard Mr. Nafissuzzoha, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Nazeeb Ahamad, learned counsel for the informant. The State is represented by the learned APP.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kadwa P. S. Case No. 165 of 2020, dated 12.08.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41168 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2021 2/2 informant leading to grievous injuries on his person. The nature of injuries have been described in the impugned order.

Considering the nature of injuries attributed to the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below and seek bail, that shall be considered on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U T
