2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.56 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126, 80 & 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that one Sadina Khatoon (deceased) was married to Mohammad Fazal. It is further alleged that she was being subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ultimately she was killed due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by her inlaws.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42985 of 2026(2) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 married sister-in-law of the deceased. It has further been submitted that main thrust of allegation is against the husband. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and she is in judicial custody since 18.04.2026.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned J.M.F.C. Court no.-5 (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.56 of 2025.
