2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 313 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. As per prosecution, only allegation is of torturing of his wife. Petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019.
