The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015 instituted under section 307 IPC.

It has been stated that the allegation of causing injury by means of sword is attributed to her husband Md. Alam who is the own brother of the informant. The petitioner was only present at the scene of occurrence.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the aforesaid contention of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44070 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction CJM, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be her own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, she shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel her bail bonds.
