The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary of the present case was called for, which has since been received.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they attacked the son of the informant causing serious injury to him. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the injury report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. As such, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27639 of 2016 (3) dt.11-11-2016 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
