Petitioners seek bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.(Patna) Case No. 406 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of police officials who were interested in property which was inherited by the petitioner. There was not any property dispute between mother and petitioners. The age of petitioners's mother was 80 years old and having very low vision. It is a case of accidental death. Petitioners have no
