09.10.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 11.08.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in B.P. No. 731 of 2015 in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 283 of 2014 on merits.

Since a senior Judicial Officer after having considered all aspects of the matter granted bail to the Opposite Party No. 2 and thereafter there is no indication that he has misused the privilege of bail, I see no reason for interference in the matter. The Application stands dismissed.

It is expected that the trial shall be concluded expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and there is no tampering of any prosecution witnesses.
