In additional to the reasons, which led to dismissal of the writ application by the Learned Single Judge, vide his order, dated 06.01.2014, the other cogent reason why the Court can not interfere with the impugned order is, because the death of father of the petitioner happened in the year 2000. Seventeen years have gone past. Therefore, the family being in crisis, due to sudden death

Patna High Court LPA No.747 of 2014 dt.18-03-2017 2/2 of the bread earner principle, does not apply any more. Appeal is dismissed, being devoid of merit.
