Rajeev Ran Vijay Kumar, reported in 2010(3) PLJR 294, has not been interfered with or set aside till yet, with regard to the policy on compassionate appointment and the opening to which a claimant of former teachers are entitled to.

The maximum which this Court is willing to do is to provide indulgence to the petitioner to move the authorities to consider his case in light of the observation of the Hon`ble Apex Court, which is
