JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
It is alleged that 4-5 nos. of Domestic LPG Gas cylinders were found inside the house and 22 nos. of Commercial LPG Gas Cylinders were found just outside the house.
The petitioner submits that he has distribution license from M/s Sujata Indane Service, Bodh Gaya.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Uday Chandra Prakash @ Karu Sao, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.77 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
