2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant was intercepted by three criminals who on the point of pistol looted the motorcycle, mobile phone and Rs. 1,000/- at 8.00 P.M. The petitioner and other accused persons have been arrested and the recovery is from one Vikash Kumar and Prince Kumar of the looted motorcylce and one counter made pistol. The petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2024.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is appearing in various competitive

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Piro Police Station, Bhojpur on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
