JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-02-2016 There are disputed questions of fact with regard to authenticity of Annexure 1/1 and Annexure 1/2. The Court has closely looked at both the Annexures and is of the considered opinion that a lame effort has been made to create a document to defeat the right of the private respondent and Annexure 1/1 is the authentic signature of the private respondent as well as the marks-sheet and Annexure 1/2 is the one created by a vested interest. Whether the petitioner had a role in it or not is not for this Court to decide.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5340 of 2014 dt.26-02-2016 2/2 In these circumstances, no interference is warranted with the order impugned contained in Annexure- 7, dated 20.2.2014. The private respondent has rightly got order in her favour for such appointment. If the petitioner wants she can file suit and get an appropriate declaration with regard to Annexure 1/2. Writ is dismissed.
