Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that against the order of the Commissioner the private respondent has filed an application before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna vide Token No.594 of 2023.

In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna and after the final order of the Bihar Land Tribunal, he may proceed further in accordance with law.
