2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 680 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with coaccused Md. Sabir @ Chotu kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

No.52039 of 2024(4) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 submitted that the victim has filed supplementary affidavit, as per direction of this Court, which shows that her age is 19 years and she has specifically stated that she has solemnized marriage with co-accused Sabir @ Chotu. He has submitted further that petitioners are the family members of main accused Sabir @ Chout and it is the reason for their false implication in this case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 680 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
