Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha, AC to GP 23 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 From the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that after dismissal of the SLP, Dependent Family Pension has been determined at Rs.10,000/- per month and with effect from 01.08.2015, the same has been sanctioned and Rs.2,70,000/- paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that Scheme was implemented with effect from 01.06.2009 and the petitioner should get the benefit from the said date.

The order passed in the writ petition does not specify from which date the benefit is to be granted. It only contemplates that the respondents to pay the monetary benefits of the Scheme as may have accrued to her husband and to give other benefits to

If the petitioner any has grievance with regard to the manner in which her claim has been considered and decided, liberty shall be available to the petitioner challenge it afresh in accordance with law.
