The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut (Chero OP) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. By order dated 28.05.2020, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected. Now the petitioner has renewed has renewed his prayer for bail.

A report was called for from the court below in connection with Harnaut (Chero OP) P.S. Case No.312 of 2019. The report is at flag 'A'. Out of all charge sheet witnesses one witness has been examined and another date fixed for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39288 of 2020(5) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 prosecution evidence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioner in connection with Harnaut (Chero OP) P.S. Case No.312 of 2019 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Nalanda, Biharsharif is hereby rejected.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
