The petitioner has filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party No. 2. The opposite party No. 2 was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 4.5.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 40193 of 2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party No. 2 got bail on the basis of forged document as per Annexure-4 in the bail petition. The aforesaid Annexure does not bear the signature of the petitioner, but it appears that no ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 is made out.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45572 of 2015 (4) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
