The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2017 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case NO. 133 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that no motorcycle has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
