The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.105 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation of physical exploitation of the informant on the pretext of marriage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
