The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father of one Ajay Kumar against whom the allegation is that he had taken away the daughter of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only by alleging that he was talking to his son on mobile which shows that there was some conspiracy between the petitioner and his son. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52486 of 2018 (3) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 been recovered and in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement she has not implicated this petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose the application.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case where the petitioner is said to be the father of the accused Ajay Kumar and victim girl has already recovered, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
