2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is aggrieved for nonpayment of revised pay scale admissible to her husband, who had died in harness in the year 1988 and since then, she has been made to suffer.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10048 of 2023 dt.08-09-2023 2/2 the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a poor illiterate woman, the Block Marketing Officer, Bakhari, Begusarai, is directed to send all the service records relating to the petitioner and execute all the forms as required on behalf of the petitioner after providing her adequate help and send the same to the District Supply Officer, Begusarai for sanctioning of revised family pension of the petitioner to the Accountant General, Bihar, who is required to issue revised authority for payment of revised family pension to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
