2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 380 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the F.I.R, it is alleged that on 18.06.2025 at about 03:00 A.M, this petitioner stabbed the informant and his wife multiple times and looted his mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 18.12.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and has submitted that the trial of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42243 of 2026(2) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 has started and in the trial, two witnesses have already been examined.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of offence and the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
