2. The petitioners in the present case are seeking modification of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8455 of 2023 for extension of time to surrender in the learned court below.

3. Having regard to the submission that the petitioners were unable to surrender and submit the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8455 of 2023, this Court directs that in case the petitioners above named surrender in the learned court below within a period of three weeks from today and furnish the bail bonds in terms of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46559 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8455 of 2023, they will be given the benefit of the said order.
