The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the present matter arose out of a marriage celebration which went awry and in which it appears that a fight took place between certain hot headed persons of both the parties resulting in several persons receiving injuries. Injuries have been found to be simple in nature.There is a case and counter case. It is further submitted that the marriage proceeded and the girl and boy are living happily and subsequently the friends and well-wishers intervened in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46859 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 matter and parties exercised their good sense and have entered into a compromise. A copy of the joint compromise petition has also been brought on the record as Annexure-5 to the bail application. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioners (1) Ashok Singh, (2) Mantoo Singh alias Gajendra Singh, (3) Buttu Singh, (4) Raju Singh, (5) Chhotu Singh and (6) Ravi Kumar, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No.101 of 2015, subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
