Three petitioners, who are mother and sisters of husband of the deceased, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Arer P.S. Case No.113 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, at the time of occurrence she was in the school and petitioner no.3 is married Nanad of the deceased. He submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. On the aforesaid ground, a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34552 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 prayer has been made for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
However, after perusing the F.I.R. the Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
