On perusal of the report kept at flag 'X', it appears that the trial court has examined all the witnesses except the doctor who has examined the victim girl.
In view of the above, the trial court has requested for grant of three months time. Accordingly, three months time is extended for conclusion of the trial. The trial court is required to conclude the trial by 22nd March, 2018.
In the event, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the trial court is required to submit show cause for causing inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
