The present writ petition has been preferred for the following reliefs :- "(i) To issue writ of Prohibition directing the respondents to not act on the notices issued under Section 9(2) of The Bihar Mutation Act by the respondent no.4 by which he direct the petitioner as to why his mutation no. 347 regarding land bearing

121, area bearing 17 D. be not cancelled by ignoring the facts that the land has been donated to his father by the Bhoodan Yajya committee through separate certificates and the land has also been dully mutated in his name.

(ii) To issue a show cause against the respondents that why they issue notices against the land owners for the cancellation of Mutation without proper verification."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments submit that he shall be answering to the notice issued by the respondent for their satisfaction so that they can take the matter to some logical conclusion.

4. Appreciating the said prayer, the writ petition stands disposed of.
