JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 611 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl on recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has levelled specific allegation against Munni Devi of having taken her to Delhi. She forced the victim girl for flesh trade. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner in the statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. Mere suspicion has been raised by the informant against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51188 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 611 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
