Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to hoonour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 332, 333, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that he along with 50-60 unknown persons are of intercepting the police officials

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are only alleged to be the members of the MOB. Moreover, no one has sustained any injury during the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
