The petitioner, husband of complainant/opposite party no. 2, apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Earlier, vide order dated 01.02.2023, the matter was sent to Mediation Centre for settlement of dispute between the parties and vide its report dated 18.04.2023 (Flag 'S'), the learned Mediator has informed that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and both parties have agreed to obey the terms and conditions of the agreement arrived at between them.

No.43354 of 2022(6) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the abovenamed petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Katihar in connection with C.A. Case No. 389 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
