07. 04.02.2015 As agreed between the parties the Petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) in the Court below which is evident from the order-sheet and was depositing Rs. 500/- per month in favour of the Complainant. The photo-copy of the order-sheet be kept on record. Considering that now the dispute has been finally resolved, it would be in the interest of the parties that further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 739(C) of 2012 (Tr. No. 3579 of 2012) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara be dropped.

The Application is allowed with the aforesaid observations.
