2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.290 of 2024.

3. In the nature allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the informant alleges that on information the house of the petitioner was raided from where two countrymade pistols were recovered out of which one was loaded.
