Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 172/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

After some argument, Mr. Prem Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this case.

Permission is granted.

Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks and the court below shall dispose of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51443 of 2021(4) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day after considering the fact that during investigation materials have come connecting one Shankar Yadav to be the main assailant of the deceased.

With the aforesaid direction and observation, this petition is disposed of.
