2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 364(A), 120(B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that one co-accused Abhay kUmar Yadav took the premises of the informant's house on rent. It is further alleged that the said co-accused Abhay Kumar Yadav s took away her minor grandson Shivam, of the informant, aged about 11/2 years and demanded Rs. 75 lakhs as ransom.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are are not named in the F.I.R. . Petitioner's name

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45714 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 transpired on the confessional statement of other co-accused. The kidnapped victim was recovered from the possession of coaccused Abhay Kumar @ Akash Kumar. Except confessional statement there is no direct and indirect material to suggest complicity of these petitioners in the present case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C . J . M. Buxar in connection with Buxar P.S. Case No . 273 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
