The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S.Case No.94 of2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC and Seciotn 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that while the husband of the petitioner was going on his duty some miscreants fired on his causing his death and on that information she came at the place of occurrence and found her husband lying dead. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner except confession of the co-accused on the basis of which he has been implicated in this case there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody since 16.3.2018 and other co-

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S.Case No.94 of 2018.. Acordingly, this application is allowed.
