====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is ever-lasting enquiry with regard to genuineness of
Patna High Court CWJC No.12563 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 the certificate of petitioners by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to Annexure-5 onward submitted that the certificate of the petitioners were verified time and again but the respondents for reason best known to them are not ensuring the payment. It is not in dispute that the petitioners are working in the school their certificate was verified on different occasions but respondents are sitting tight into the matter of payment of salary and they have not taken any final decision despite verification of certificate.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of salary to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order if they have already verified the genuineness of the certificate of petitioner. In the event, salary is not paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the arrears will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum and the same shall be realized from the pocket of the respondents.
