1. The case was taken up on 28.08.2024 when no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Coordinate Bench had directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects as pointed out by the office notes dated 20.07.2024.

2. Today, when the case is taken up, still no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and from perusal of the office report dated 18.09.2024, it manifest that SR defects still stand.

3. The learned APP submits that it appears that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
