JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,186,188,353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the Circle Officer, Mainatand SHO of Bhangaha police station and the officers-in-charge of different police stations went to Behri Colony for compliance of the order of SDM, Narkatiaganj passed in a proceeding under section 133 Cr.P.C. in Misc. Case No. 24 of 2015 when the petitioners and others abused and pelted bricks and stones on the informant and obstructed them in performance of official duty.

No.45738 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order passed in proceeding under section 133 Cr.P.C. has been set aside. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No.23 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
