====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020 for the offence under sections 332, 307, 353, 186, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the instant case there is allegation of firing by both sided and also the allegation of snatching Rs. 3100/- cash. It is alleged that during search one country made pistol, one khoka and seven live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2020. Considering the period of custody since 17.3.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38821 of 2020(2) dt.09-02-2021 2/2 the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020.
