It is not in dispute that petitioner's case is covered by a judgment of this Court rendered on 03.05.2021 in C.W.J.C. No.23925 of 2018 (Pratima Kumar & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and other analogous cases reported in 2021(3) BLJ 609.

Following the decision rendered in the case of Pratima Kumari (supra), the impugned order dated 04.11.2019 (Annexure- P/16) is hereby quashed. The respondents shall
