2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 385, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event the thrust of accusation is against accused persons Ranjeet Mahto and Rampravesh Mahto who are said to have been armed with pistol. There is a case and counter case between the parties.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
