JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-03-2017 Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has approached the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Khagaria (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') for the same cause of action and the matter is pending there in Case No. 6 of 2015-2016. He prays that the present writ application be disposed off with a direction to the Authority to expeditiously dispose off the matter.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off
