1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application as the Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by the S.D.M., Nirmali dated 14.01.2023 whereby the petitioner has been directed to ensure to remove the articles kept in the passage, which is being used by the petitioner and the opposite parties, who are related and are residing in the same house and are using the passage since long for the purposes of ingress and egress.
